By purchasing a transmission or otherwise using Alien Sergio, you agree to these Terms. They apply whether you purchase through the iOS app or through aliensergio.app. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Alien Sergio is a paid personal-reflection service. A user submits a written question; a real individual, writing in character as "Sergio," provides a personal, individually written response within the timeframe stated for the selected tier (Quick Signal, Wavelength, or First Contact). Sergio accepts a limited number of transmissions; when capacity is reached, purchases may be delayed until capacity next opens.
Replies are written by a human being. No portion of any reply is generated by artificial intelligence — including tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other AI system — or by automated systems of any kind.
Alien Sergio is one human's honest, written answer to your question. It is not professional advice of any kind and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional in whatever field your situation belongs to.
No professional relationship of any kind is formed by using this service, regardless of the subject matter of a user's question or the reply.
Responses reflect one individual's personal perspective, offered for reflection only.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Purchases made in the iOS app are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchases made on aliensergio.app are processed by Stripe. Prices are as displayed at time of purchase.
Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Apple's refund policies and are requested through Apple, not directly through Alien Sergio. For purchases made on aliensergio.app, refund requests may be sent to the email in Section 16 and will be honored where a reply has not yet been written, except as described in Section 8 (Crisis Situations) or as required by applicable law.
Turnaround times stated for each tier are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delays do not, by themselves, entitle a user to a refund.
Questions submitted, along with any name and email provided, are stored to enable delivery of a reply and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you are not comfortable storing, including sensitive personal, medical, financial, or legal details.
You agree not to use Alien Sergio to submit content that is unlawful, threatens harm to any person, or facilitates illegal activity; to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in a way intended to harm a third party; to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying service; or to submit content on behalf of, or purporting to be from, a minor.
We reserve the right to decline to respond to any submission, in whole or in part, and to refund the associated purchase at our discretion.
Alien Sergio is not equipped to respond to emergencies or provide crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, thoughts of harming yourself or others, or are otherwise in crisis, do not rely on this app. In the United States, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or call 911. If a submission indicates a crisis, we may, at our discretion, respond outside the app's usual format to provide crisis resources, and will refund the associated purchase in full. Nothing in this section creates an ongoing obligation to identify, monitor, or respond to any particular situation, and Alien Sergio assumes no responsibility for a user's safety or wellbeing.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that responses will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alien Sergio, LLC and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the transmission giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alien Sergio, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at the email below. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and each party waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
