Your signal is yours. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use your question to train anything. One human reads it, answers it, and it stays between you. Ask us to delete it and it's gone.
This policy describes what information Alien Sergio collects when you use the app or aliensergio.app, why we collect it, and what your options are. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
When you send a transmission, we collect:
We never see or store your payment card details. In the app, payments are processed directly by Apple through In-App Purchase; on the website, by Stripe. In both cases Alien Sergio only receives confirmation that a purchase was made and the details listed above, not your card information. We do not collect location data, and we do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the app. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job:

We do not share your information with anyone else, and none of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Our systems are hosted in the United States. If you are contacting Sergio from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We retain transmission records so you can retrieve your reply and so we can respond to support requests. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will remove it, except where we are required to keep records for legal or accounting purposes.

Alien Sergio is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your information is stored on infrastructure that encrypts data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect what you share with us.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
