I lost my transmission ID.
Open the app, go to "Check for contact," tap "Lost your ID?," and enter the email you used when you sent your transmission. We'll email your ID(s) back to you.
How long until I get a reply?
It depends on the tier you chose: Quick Signal within 48 hours, Wavelength in 3–5 days, First Contact in 7–10 days.
I want a refund.
For purchases made in the iOS app, refunds are handled through Apple — go to reportaproblem.apple.com, or Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History on your iPhone.
For purchases made on aliensergio.app, email us at the address above; refunds are honored where a reply has not yet been written.
